LeGrand Center features a flexible, multi-use ballroom expandable to 20,000 square feet seating up to 1,000 people banquet style and 1,700 theater style, and provides adaptable space to accommodate meetings, weddings, fundraisers, social gatherings and events. LeGrand Center also features a technologically advanced business suite with three conference rooms and one executive closing room.

The meeting and event space is designed around a state-of-the-art system of custom-manufactured Skyfold Walls that can create up to seven separate rooms by retracting vertically into the ceiling in ninety seconds! This unique approach to flexible meeting space is one of the largest installations of Skyfold Walls in the world and provides independent lighting control and superior acoustics in an atmosphere of modern sophistication.

Cutting-edge conference technology is incorporated throughout the facility and features property-wide wifi supported by one gigabyte of bandwidth to provide consistent connectivity. Three conference rooms include video conference capabilities as well as a private boardroom is available for high level meetings. Each conference room is equipped with digital touch-display panels which control lighting, shades, audio/visual, thermostats and more. The elaborate Crestron Control Panel allows the user to manage every aspect of a presentation with embedded PCs, HD video display and enhanced wireless communication.
